Literacy Volunteers of the Montachusett Area received $4,000 for its Tutor Training Program. It will conduct four 18-hour tutor trainings, and provide books and materials to use when teaching.

The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts is a
nonprofit, community corporation created by and for the people of greater
North Central Massachusetts. We are here to help our donors make a
positive impact on their community.

Current News
The Foundation will provide matching grants up to $25,000 on a prorated basis to 14 local food pantries. Every participating agency is guaranteed a minimum grant of $350.
