Recommending a grant

Using our simple process, we make recommending a grant easy.

2. Submit your suggestions using our Advised Fund Grant Suggestion Form. Download pdf file here.
3. Fax or mail your request to the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts. The fax number is 978-345-7683 or your can mail it to 285 John Fitch Hwy, Suite 2, Fitchburg, MA 01420-5998

Once we receive your request, the Foundation will:

• Verify that the organization is a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
• We will also check our files to ensure that the organization is meeting public accountability standards.
• Contact the charity, if necessary, to learn more about their mission and purpose.
• Forward your request to the Board for approval.
• Upon approval, we will notify you and process the check.
