Grants Reporting Requirements
All grant recipients are required to submit reports as detailed in their award letter using the AGM’s online reporting forms found at www.agmconnect.org/grantseekers. Click on “AGM Common Report Form” and follow the instructions. In addition, the Community Foundation may request additional information, reports and documentation when deemed necessary.
